Roselynn Orr
EqueTrainer Founder | Mizzou Honors College
"I've seen how easily important details can get lost in a busy barn. EqueTrainer started with a simple idea: give everyone caring for a horse one place to find the information they need."
Roselynn Orr is the founder of EqueTrainer and a student in the University of Missouri (Mizzou) Honors College, pursuing a degree in General Agriculture with minors in Business and Journalism.
Her experience spans horse training, veterinary care, and livestock operations, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges of coordinating animal care. She founded EqueTrainer to help horse owners, barn managers, stablehands, trainers, veterinarians, and farriers stay connected around the horses they care for.
Since launching the business, Roselynn has secured development grants, earned media recognition, and been selected as a Top 10 finalist in Mizzou's EQ Competition. EqueTrainer was also accepted into the Griggs Innovators Nexus Incubator Program, where she is continuing to develop the platform through May 2027.
